How much does a session cost?
Session prices vary according to whether individual or part of a package. Please email or call me for details..

How do I book?
Call or email me to book your FREE 30-minute consultation. After you can book sessions through the PTMinder app, which is available on Apple's App Store and Google Play.

Where do my sessions take place?
At Lynx Fitness, Unit 4D, Lynx Business Park, Snailwell, Newmarket CB8 7NY.

Is parking available?
Yes, there are ample free parking spaces to the rear of the gym.
​
What do I need to wear/bring?
Wear loose-fitting, comfortable sports clothing. Feel free to bring a drink, but water is always available.

Do you have toilets/showers?
Yes, toilets and showers are available
at Lynx Fitness.
Is there a minimum age?
You must be at least 14 years old for me to train you. I will tailor a young person's programme to take into account that their muscles and bones are still developing.

What experience do I need?
None at all. I am happy to train people of all abilities and experience.
​
What if I have health conditions?
Please advise me in advance of any health conditions so I can ensure I tailor your sessions to safely accommodate these.

What if I can't make a session?
Please call or email me as soon as possible. Refunds can only bew given if sessions are cancelled with at least 12 hours' notice.

Can I change my time?
If you need to change your session time, please call or email me ASAP. However, sessions tend to get booked up quickly so it may not always be possible to arrange an alternative at short notice.
